1. Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD).

2. Shipping cost

Shipping is FREE on every order, with no minimum purchase. The free shipping option is shown automatically at checkout.

3. Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. During promotions, processing may take up to 3 business days.

4. Delivery times

The estimated delivery time for your address is shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email. Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, carrier issues or customs are outside our control.

5. Free gifts

Free gifts included with your order ship together with your detergent sheets at no extra cost.

6. Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

7. Address changes and wrong addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us before your order ships. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
