1. 60-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 60 days of the delivery date and we will refund the price you paid for the detergent sheets.

2. No returns required

Because our products are consumable household goods, you do not need to ship anything back. Keep the product, donate it or share it with a friend. If we ever need an item returned, we will tell you in writing and provide a prepaid return label.

3. Free gifts

Free gifts have no monetary value and are not refundable. You do not need to return them when you request a refund.

4. Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 60 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
